GigaChad is an iOS application that uses screen recording and AI to assist users during sessions. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

• Account: Email, display name, auth provider.
• Screen content: Frames captured during sessions, sent to our servers and OpenAI.
• Session data: Start/end times, credits used, AI-generated answers.
• Subscription data: Plan tier, transaction IDs, status.
• Device data: Push notification tokens only. No ad identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To provide AI-powered session answers.
• To manage your account and subscription.
• To send push notifications during active sessions.
• To improve our service using aggregated, anonymised data only.

4. Third-Party AI Processing (OpenAI)

Screen frames are sent to OpenAI for processing. Frames are deleted immediately after the AI response is generated. We do not use your content to train OpenAI models.

5. Data Retention

• Screen frames are deleted immediately after OpenAI processing.
• Session history is retained while your account is active.
• Account data is retained until you delete your account.

6. Your Rights

• Access: View session history and subscription data in the app.
• Deletion: Delete your account from Settings to remove all data.
• Portability: Contact us to request a copy of your data.

7. Children's Privacy

GigaChad is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Passwords are hashed. API keys are server-side only.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will update the date above. Material changes will be notified via the app or email.
