Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using GigaChad, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description

GigaChad uses iOS screen recording (ReplayKit) and AI (OpenAI) to analyse on-screen content and generate responses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use GigaChad.

4. Account

• You are responsible for your login credentials.
• You may not share your account.
• You may delete your account from Settings.

5. Subscriptions and Credits

• GigaChad offers free and paid plans (Pro, Max) via Apple In-App Purchase.
• Credits reset monthly. Unused credits do not roll over.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before renewal.
• Manage in iOS Settings - Apple ID - Subscriptions.
• Refunds handled by Apple per their policy.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not use GigaChad to violate laws, cheat on prohibited assessments, or record others without consent.

7. Screen Recording and AI

Screen content is sent to our servers and OpenAI and deleted immediately after processing.

8. Disclaimers

GigaChad is provided as-is. AI answers may be incorrect. We are not responsible for decisions based on AI output.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

11. Changes

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
